Thats where I uploaded mine. At BLS Toronto, they were asking people to upload their COPR in the Indian Visa category. They are interested in determining your PR category (CEC, Provinincial nominee etc). Your COPR has that detail.

When did your status change on the BLS website and when were you able to track using CANT on Purolator. My status changed on the BLS website yesterday (to delivery to BLS counter..) but the CANT reference on Purolator retrieves one of the old packages.

Yes. You may be able to submit without the surrender certificate (as long as you have proof that you have applied for surrender). This in general depends on the jurisdiction. Toronto does not allow surrender + OCI together. reasonably accurate, i got mine in about 10 working days.

I guess you can try reaching out to the consulate. The OCI website does provide the OCI number. Perhaps you can use this info to ask the consulate expedite the final steps of this process. I wrote to them via the Sampark portal. I also called BLS and according to their agent, the OCI is...

Thanks, My OCI arrived on 29th march in Toronto (as per the OCI website) but my status on the BLS website has not even been updated. This whole process is nerve-wracking.

You can get an entry visa. It takes roughly 2 weeks to process.

Call purolator and asked them to either reschedule or alternatively you can pick up from a drop off location. Purolator messed up my delivery of some other items in past. I had to request a pickup. These requests are processed quickly though. Hopefully you have a tracking number.

you need a draft, but say if you forget to get it then at least at BLS Toronto they were allowing people to get one from the Canada post nearby.
