My parents are in Ankara. They went to the PTT office and selected the registered mail option. The instruction and addresses were given to them by VFS office as they went there and got them.

It has been 3 weeks now and nothing yet unfortunately. The embassy received the passports on 7th June but no update since then.

We used the PTT service and it was delivered the following day.

Hi everyone, We mailed our parent's passport to VFS Ankara and it was delivered. So also gave them the return address, phone number and email address on a separate paper. Are they going to send us the tracking number to the email address provided?

My Parent's application ecas is changed to Decision Made but no correspondence from CIC. Does anyone know how long it will take for the Passport Request?

My parents are Feb applicants and no updates since medicals are done 3 months ago.

the medicals were updated in Ecas saying it was received just within a week they completed. I also contacted CIC and they mentioned that medical is passed waiting for Security and background check to be completed. tik tok :(

yes, we provided all the information and they are asking it again. it is very unfortunate that they are just delaying the process by requesting the files over and over again. sigh.

Hey friends, They have asked for my parent's additional documents such as Travel history, additional family information, and passport photocopies. Do you know at what stage this is requested? They haven't asked for medical or pcc yet.
