This could be a simple mistake from the Visa office..... usually they fix them when reported....you can send them a CSE>...stating visa number and issue etc.

Agreed Owais...........once medicals have been done and they have asked for RPRF it is very very positive that visa will be issued, from there its just a waiting game.
