If you are outside Canada, get a Fongo or TextNow number and try to call during the first and last hour of their operation time. You will get a better chance of getting through.

Did you have to fill out the express entry profile from scratch?

For me it was PCC from China missing notary. I was confused and thought notarized translation was enough. The greatest concern I have is if IRCC can upload my updated PCC in time before it gets review since my AOR is April 3rd.

I had a similar issue with my PCC...Submitted webform last night but haven't heard back from them. I actually called IRCC this morning and the agent told me there is no way to expedite the processing of my webform and firmly stated this wouldn't be a reason for refusal. This is very frustrating...

Just had my second set of fingerprints rejected... How long does it take to receive the report if I go to USPS for electronic ones? Also, worst case scenario, if I can't obtain the report by deadline (unfortunately next week) and explain the situation in LOE, is that going to be an issue?

Hi, so sorry to hear that. I don't know if you've ever tried live scan fingerprinting. I heard it has a higher acceptance rate. I'm in a similar situation. Fingerprints collected at UPS got rejected and now I'm submitting both ink printing and live scan cards. I hope we both get the document soon!
