What does it mean when 'We received your enquiry' is updated on the status tracker? Medical has been passed, while eligibility and background check have not started. Does it mean PPR is on its way?

I am. Applied Sept. 25th. From what I have noticed, IRCC doesn't process applications ordinally. What can be done? We just hope and PRAY! Cos most times, their replies to enquiries are usually generic
