    It's been a month since we responded to P2 and still no Ecopr. I'm wondering if anyone has been successful in reaching ircc after receiving P2. Anytime we call, it just says when our application was received and the call drops, never gets connected to an agent.

    Okay, so that confirms it. It's my understanding that the person(s) with the protected person status would be approved first before the dependents who are not protected persons be finalized shortly afterwards. This applies whether dependents are inland or not.
