Any update you got? Every time I call them or raise a webform mentioning it and also mentioning that my application has been over the required processing time. They just say we have updated your concern to the required office and fir the webforms i get same reply that your profile is in-process...

You can get hold of them if you call them from a Canadian number else your call won't go through or you can leave a web form but it will take them weeks to get back to you.

Thank you so much! I dropped them an email and I was able to get on call with them and made them put a note on my application that I'm an outbound applicant don't confuse my application as an in-bound applicant.

Can you please help me in how to explain them that I need visa to enter canada and make them process my ppr request... these PPR and RFV are new terms for me..

They just responded to my email with same thing as you: Hello, In order to create a portal for you, you must be physically present in Canada. Please inform Immigration when you arrive in Canada so a portal can be created for you. Thank You.
