Do you if we can travel outside the country without eCOPR?

Hi guys I got my portal credentials on 28 December and uploaded the photos on same day but haven’t received eCOPR yet. Anyone with same situation or if know how long it could take.

Anyone with AOR on August 19 with inland dependent?? no update; medical passed 28 September and biometrics are 29 September. Also my biometric information is not up in the account it was there but it’s almost three weeks it’s gone. I am really stressed about it. Please help!
