    I applied TR to PR and got a portal email on Nov 23. My spouse just left Canada on Nov 18 for a vacation. She will return to Canada in Jan, 2022. I replied the email with this information, but IRCC create a portal account for me and two cases. I sent an email to them on Nov 24, but no response...
