I also did my virtual oath on June 6 via the Scarborough office. Like you, I am waiting for the tracker to update to closed. I was under the impression that this step only takes a day or two. Looks like more waiting...

My oath is scheduled June 06, 2023 and I just received my information email . Even though I'm not that far from the GTA, my Oath will be via Zoom.

After I logged into IRCC this afternoon, I found some good news for me. My Oath is scheduled for June 6, 2023! I am hoping that this will be an indicator that work is being completed for the many others that have been waiting for updates on their applications.

I also received the Ghost Update and still no change on status. I also received a Ghost Update on Dec 16, 2022. I'm still waiting for LPP and no "real" update since Nov 14, 2022 when my Test was marked completed at that time.

From what I have read on the forums, most people seem to have the tracker update within a few days. I took my test on Nov 13 but it didn't show complete until Nov 24. I can't answer your second question as my application is still in process and no decision yet. Good luck!

I didn't realize that there were more than one way that IRCC handles applications. My case is being worked on by the Scarborough office. My background check was completed in late July 2022 and I didn't receive test invite until early November 2022.
