Finally... all those incomplete message went away ... and file was approved & PR card mailed ... key was to raise a webform and ask them where they seems to be working on the file on the background.

Does the portal allow to apply for another PR card renewal when one is already active? I had mine returned as Incomplete application however I cant see any reason why it was returned.

It shows in that section as Incomplete application - no other information or emails. Do you think is a glitch as I submitted everything correctly. Had issues with Photo though but I took it several times already

How did you know it was missing payment. I applied online 10 Oct 2022. Now it says "Incomplete application" and I dont know what is the missing part in the application. How to find out?

So I called IRCC agent and they said internally they can see everything is passed for both and also can see a COPR valid now till next year and next step is to issue PPR. But so far my Ecas, auto telephone response and Gckey says eligibility checking, background checking, still says "in process"...

How do I contact program manager do you know? They have everything including remedical passed and dont know why my case is complicated so much

I was on same boat as you and you need to keep contacting them. It took us 8 months including so far and no decision to get PPR with child added on. Canadian government ruined my life as I havent been able to see my now 1 year old

We (family sponsorship) are on same boat finished remedical and passed last Friday but waiting for PPR

My wife passed meds on 13th May 2022. Waiting for PPR now. My messages to MP office started getting ignored. I consulted another lawyer who was confused why they didnt just give the PPR instead asked remeds and wanted our MP to call and ask but I send them 3 emails already and no response.

My wife finished and passed her medical last Friday 13th after going through so much travel to get it done and no update till now. Dont know how long till PPR.

Its in GCMS notes where it mentioned Medical passed and validity > 6 months. This was in previous approval

They need validity of 6 months on medicals to approve the file for DM/PPR/COPR. So if not decided by June 2022 due to my newborns medical in from Jan 2022 they will request medical again for newborn again. Circles of waste unless the officer has proper sense in wrapping this in appropriate time...
