NOI - 6th July Submitted - 18th August Assessment - 26th September DIP - 11th October Approved - 23th October Got approved today.

At-most a month from now to get Nomination if everything is good.

If there is another HCP draw then she might get but it totally depends on how many are there in the pool, cut-off, tie-breaking and finally for how many they would extend the invitation. The last one was on Sep 26 and cut off was between 350-462 and I believe her NOC code is 32101 ?

Under which stream where you issued a NOI as it totally depends on that as well as if you are a outland or inland.

I believe you could remove it from EE but please make sure you are still above the cut-off range and in the range of the draw.

I submitted on Aug 18 and it moved to assessment stage today. So, lucky yours would move in the coming week.

My application has moved to assessment stage.

I have submitted mine on Aug 18. I am guessing it would probably take 4 to 6 weeks to move into the next phase.
