    Hello Guys an update. My AOR was nov 7th. Submitted sept 4th. I saw on other forums to change time to Nov 10th 1AM and actually it worked. I was able to create my tracker account. And it says my Background Check is completed and everything else is in progress. Never heard background completed so...

    I got an email from IRCC that I can now track my application on tracker. When trying to create an account it says that technical error. Based on other forums its their website issue. My AOR was on 7th NOV and I got the email for Tracker today.
