Yeah I wouldn’t give much credit to Fraser either. PPRs are rolling due to the mandate letter.

Most processing appears to be focused on 2019 and early 2020 applications, but I’ve seen September and October 2020 posts too. But I have my bets on everything being random. PPRs are released in batches apparently but no one knows how those batches are divided. All guesses are welcome.
