Pathway to permanent residency recognizes exceptional service of asylum claimants on front lines of COVID-19 pandemic

I overstayed for 1yr and 6months. You mean the waivers is difficult even after getting Canadian citizenship ? I believe there are some who overstayed and got this pathway also. Just asking this to know their experience since we all are getting to that step now as most who got PR will be on...

Pathway to permanent residency recognizes exceptional service of asylum claimants on front lines of COVID-19 pandemic

You can imagine how confused they are. Honestly, that’s not equality. They just do whatever they want irrespective of the law. I have been getting GST/HST from the first tax but never got the young child supplement. That shows how confused they are. You’ll definitely know when you call to the...

Pathway to permanent residency recognizes exceptional service of asylum claimants on front lines of COVID-19 pandemic

I got my PR in October. I applied from Winnipeg, I filled this form ( BSF699 - Application for the Return of Seized Identity Document(s) ) , attached E-COPR, and copy of the form given to us when they seized the documents. I sent it to IRCC office in Montreal where it was seized.
