We got the same update on the new tracker right when we got our PPR (even though we had not actually sent in our passport yet), so this may be a sign you will get your PPR very soon.

You are well past the processing time. I would submit a webform with IRCC and they may follow up with the Warsaw visa office directly

Try emailing your VO directly, as well as submitting a webform to IRCC. IRCC *will* reply to your webform since you are past the normal processing time

By email - MP offices are typically fairly responsive - we always got a reply the same day. Just let them know you submitted your application in Nov 2021 and it is now well beyond reasonable processing time.

Ours went right from "Not Starter" to "Completed" on January 25th. That being said, on Jan 25th, some new history items showed up that were not there before. It showed that the background check supposedly started on December 20th.

If they requested the passport then your application was already approved - they are just placing the visa stamp in her passport. The stamp is likely already in the passport now and on its way back to you.

Got our PPR early this morning. VO Warsaw.. Nov 19, 2021 applicants. For those following our story, this means that IRCC did indeed accept the "online" police certificate from Russia.

You should wait until you receive your medical and biometrics requests.

Around Jan 25th everything changed to 'completed' in the new tracker and we got our pre arrival and request for new police certificate. Then roughly a month later - Feb 25th - they asked for the 2nd medical (even though ours hadn't yet expired - it expired in March of 2023).
