IRCC. I've been emailling them every single day since the 15th November asking where my notes are. I got one response on the 22nd saying that they had marked my request as priority; then one a week ago saying that they would arrive "shortly"... I'm not quite sure i consider 7 days as "shortly"...

Finally received my GCMS notes from October 15th! Looks like my application has been approved since September. Still waiting on portal email though :( AOR Feb 27th

I tried emailling the portal address last week and didn't receive any answer. So decided to follow up today only to get the following response. I guess they are fed up with people emailing that address now:

Long time lurker here, but I'm in the same boat, AOR Feb 27 :(. Application was sent to Vancouver and then to Edmonton. Last I heard from my MP was that it was being "finalized" on 8th October, but I haven't been able to find out any further clarification as to what that actually means.
