you can ask someone to send you your PR card once they receive it in Canada and you can use it to enter Canada after five months. if you have not receive the PR by 5 months which I doubt then you will ask for the PRTD

I had it for 7 years but never use it

as far as I know nothing prohibits this

if you have a valid PR card you do not need a PRTD. you can either wait for your PR card or travel back and once your card is delivered to your address you can have some one to send it to you by couriers. on March 23 you still have four years so you can definitely meet the residency obligation.

if you met the residency obligation there will be no issue , you can enter before the expiry date . this is what I know:):)
