Same here, Primary VO is Montreal , Secondary is Centralized Intake office. Still Eligibility , Security not Started. Not sure if they are working on my application or not.

Only reason that I could see is CEC draw eligible score is higher when we got invitations(Mar-21, Apr-21). But it is really frustrating not processing May-21 applications and issuing COPR's for recent applications !!! :eek:
