I don't know why IRCC keeps asking me for documents I already sent before and asked me for a settlement plan that I don't almost found anyone who got asked for it. Is there an interpretation for that? and is there a way to complain the officer handling my file?

In the "Review of additional documents" section of my application, it says "We need more documents to continue processing your application. We will send you a message with more details". Does anyone have the same message? What does that imply?

What does it mean if it's written "Not applicable" under "review of additional documents"?
