Hey you can simply apply for temporary resident visa through IRCC portal. But you can apply only after your husband receives his PR card, not the CoPR. That's a necessary supporting document for temporary resident visa application.

Don't need to carry. They've done away with the pre downloadable consent form. They'll give you a form to give your consent and signature when you go for biometrics to a VFS Global office.
