ecopr - 23rd Nov Sent an email to ircc explaining medical urgency on 14th Dec GU1 15 Dec GU2 15 Dec Card approved and mailed 16th Dec. If anyone has any medical reason or emergency travel, inform IRCC with some documents attached.. you would get quick response.

It took exactly 3 weeks for me to receive ecopr.

1. Follow up on the same email with the portal team 2. Create a complaint and webform 3. Send an email to the ministry office - last option.

It will show dependents only if they are in-country applicants.

I just got the credentials. They added GCMS notes with required information but missed creating a login for me. Finally they created one after so many follow-ups. I have confirmed the current address and uploaded the photo. Have to wait now for the next update..

I am exactly on the same situation.. I sent emails explaining that it’s just for Primary applicant and dependent can come to Canada only if you issue the Copr and travel doc but no response from them.
