Is it advisable if I submit my PR application online without Police certificate and upload it to my application later? (I don't want to wait for another month or so to receive police certificate and then submit PR application which would delay my processing time)

What IRCC means by a family member while filling out IMM 5406 ( Additional Family information) WIll there be two IMM5406 form I need to submit ?? 1. IMM5406 (for principal applicant) 2. IMM5406 (for spouse)
