i got a remedical request in March 2021 did it in May 2021. Then long silence I applied gcms notes in August. Then i got the PPR email. I am sorry i don't remember the exact timeline and events. My AOR was 27March 2020

I was a CEC outland candidate. i filed my application from India and moved to Dubai to this year. I think the only reason my file moved was because of the gcms notes request. I heard that an officer has to acess the file for to retrieve it and if its RFV they force the visa officer to act ASAP
