If everything is approved, try to send an email to portal email, answering all questions like what they usually ask. A lot of people did it from Montreal VO WhatsApp group, who had everything passed and they received their credentials shortly. Try to send it multiple times as well.

They are saying that my application is in process, nothing is required. So basically nothing new since March 1st. i honestly have no idea why it's taking so long and no updates
