    understanding GCMS notes

    Hii everyone, I applied in March 2020 and got GCMS notes. I passed Eligibility, Criminality, Medical, Security and Final section says -Approved But under Document issuance section and counterfoil , it shows "cancelled" status. Could anyone explain why it is so
