Try making an appeal, make a letter and attach a copy of your recent NOA, employment letter and current paystubs; they may consider your appeal under humanitarian and compassionate grounds. Just try.

Same thing: criminality check not started. Last time they opened the file was april 2023 when I emailed cic for the update.

File submitted March 2021, passed medical update september 2022, no update since then. I just received another medical request last month. Medical passed-no updates to this date.

Is there someone here whose file is being processed at London Office? My MIL file was transferred to London Office, medicals done June 2022, medicals passed September 2022. No updates for almost a year.May need to redo medicals soon as it may have expired or close to expiring.

Just an update: My mother in law received her medical request on June 6, 2022 after 8 months of waiting; finally it is moving. Biometrics request was October 2021.

As for my case, biometrics letter came 2 days after Decision Made (sponsor) showed on ECAS

She already finished biometrics 2 days ago, booked them as soon as possible as pandemic protocols can be unpredictable. They travelled round trip on a private car, booked at 12:30 pm but accommodated them at 10:30 am.
