portal email received, AOR Mar.16th PCC: Ottawa I have sent around 5 emails to ircc.clientportal-portailclient.ircc@cic.gc.ca, telling them my PR application has been approved in June 2020. Finally I got the email. I sincerely wish other people who are waiting receive your emails very soon!

I share exactly same experience as you! I got my GCMS notes this morning and in the notes I found my app was approved in June. No updates or contact since bio-info got uploaded in April. My AOR is March 16th and processing center is Ottawa. I have sent email to the portal email address already...

If you know your application has passed everything, try to send an email to IRCC and remind them of the portal email. If not, the only thing we can do is waiting :( unfortunately.

Yeah the agents answering phone calls never provide useful info. They just say refer to your progress in IRCC website.
