My application is in process in ecas and says they sent AOR and study book over a month ago but I haven't received anything yet. Checked my spam folders, mail box daily. How long should it take? What is the best phone number to follow up on that?

My (single) paper application was received on 16/06, I checked ecas using UCI I provided in the application and the status is Received. However I haven't received AOR. I checked again my application and I realized I haven't provided an e-mail. Does anyone know if I can still somehow provide it...
