    If BOWP is rejected/ refused & PR is still in process how does one restore status from worker to visitor? Will status as visitor impact the PR in process? Can one appeal a BOWP rejection/ refusal? If yes, how?

    Thank you for the reply. The corrections were sent before the expiry of the work permit. How does one restore status as a visitor? Does that impact the PR application in process? PR is 80% complete.

    Two questions. If BOWP main application had errors with Form 5710e but was subsequently submitted with corrections via web forms, Will it get processed? If BOWP is refused/ rejected but PR is in process, what status does one need to have to stay legally?
