Hi all, I have an issue. I have all online forms filled and they show in green as ready to submit. when I refresh the page it goes back to in progress. Not sure what is going on. Does anyone have the same problem?

Hi Everyone, My oath was on Dec 20, 2022 last I heard from the call center was that the certificate was mailed out on Jan 12 ... Today is Jan 30th and it is not there yet. The call center is useless. They keep asking to wait 6 weeks from the mailing date ... That will be Feb 25 They need 65...

But 6 weeks is insane!! My oath was 9n dec 20 ... the certificate was sent 4 weeks later ... and now I am asked to wait for another 6 weeks! Thats insane I am losing my mind!

Last I heard from IRCC, they sent the certificate on Jan 12th .... It is Jan 25th and I am still waiting. Is there anything I can do? Is this normal?

Where is your location? And what was your oath office?

It is 30 days to do your fingerprints .... not for IRCC to receive it ... you are good man! no need to contact IRCC

Dec 20 oath Dec 23 oath completed Dec 27 file closed certificate not received I called IRCC today and they said they didn't send my certificate yet and to call back if not received by Feb 1st!!

I did my oath on dec 20 .... still waiting for certificate to show up in the mail

According to this ... my certificate should be with canada post .... my application status changed to complete in dec 23 and file closed on dec 27.

Oh so even with urgent processing it took them 10 days to deliver!! When was your status changed to completed? Mine was last updated on dec 27th .... I guess it takes way longer with regular mail

Is applying for a new certificate an option?
