    I am just wondering- if the rejection letter stated that your program is not in line with your educ. or work background, is it possible to apply again for a SP under a different program entirely? How will it affect your chances for the re-application?

    "DUAL INTENT"

    The main point here is that you will not stay in Canada ILLEGALLY. So as long as your intention to stay is within the legal limits, such as obtaining PR, then you are good.
