It updated within 3 days for me and most get email almost immediately. Calling cic and advising them of your situation will not hurt. If anything they can keep a note of this in case your test doesn't show completed past the 21 day deadline- shasundi

Applied June 2020, AOR in Jan 2021, Citizenship Test taken July 02 2021, Test marked Complete July 09 2021. Been 3+ months since and no updates still. Saskatoon office. The wait is getting rediculous.- shasundi
