Not really. I had the same situation. In the application, I declared her maiden name before marriage and submitted the passports (both mine and hers) in which she had her married name. I got the TRV approved without any issues.

I applied for my Mother's Super Visa on 19-Mar-2022. Biometrics that were given during her Visitor Visa (TRV) application in Dec-2021 got linked automatically based on the UCI. Medical tests were done upfront and I provided the UMI while filling the form. I am waiting for the next update.

Are you sure? Do you know anyone in similar situation who got the super visa? Reading through past comments on this forum, it appears that the property documents or assets are mandatory to demonstrate strong home ties. What I am not sure is if bank assets alone are sufficient or not.
