My medicals are not linked yet... when I filed application everything was closed. So once medicals opened i had two options.. Either to get upfront medicals done and update my application or wait for a medical request on the application. So i got upfront medicals, updated on my application but...

With all september applicants getting to hear back in a month, i feel i should withdraw and apply again... really confused.. anyone tried reapplying?

With what @soul_seeker said it seems applications with biometrics in first week of september received some kind of reply depending upon the application status. @debashis118 if you haven't hear anything, then I should not have my hopes high.. :(

No. The agency does. And I requested them to apply for GCMS notes they said it's not a good time. They just don't seem to do or know anything.

hmmm... is it recommended to withdraw the existing application and apply again? Because my application has completed 4 months with no update whatsoever.. And does the agency used to apply play any kind of role?

Data in the sheet reflects that people who gave biometrics in september are being processed and rest have been moved to backlog. Is that fair understanding?
