Once you withdraw your application you are GIVING UP the draw that you were selected and 45 days is only for fees refund purposes. You will have to create a NEW profile and wait to be selected again. In short, if you withdraw you have to reapply from scratch.

After a long time away, today I received the answer to one of my webform, pretty much standard response saying that all documents were received blah blah blah.. since they enter that inquiry into my profile, hopefully something will change or not... I have not received test invite yet nor atip...

Unfortunately without aor there's nothing you can do but wait.. I catch myself checink portal everyday like 5+ times because I am waiting for test.. that's really frustrating and energy draining this waiting.. after having a worst customer service with PR application it is hard to see that...
