Hi guys, after few ours of the GU I received an email from CIC and a message in my portal account asking me to submit an Additional Family Info IMM5406 form. Does that mean anything? What stage I am in right now?

How can I know if my COR falls under countries that get medical extensions? Is there a list or something?
