Thank you. I already contacted them and let them know that for some reason we never got the email alert and were focused on getting caccine shots for family members. Hope they show some sympathy snd leniency towards me. keep you guys posted but if anyone else had similar experience, please guide me

Do you guys think I should just send my passports, photos and a return envelop as requested or is it risky to send my passports without CIC first confirmining that they would grant me PR after the deadline expired.
