Yeah @cssa - it took 29 days from application to getting the OCI delivered in Vancouver. Someone else had a similar timeline. It's a better BLS office AND it's quicker to process too.

I think you might need the marriage cert and spouse passport copy because the form does ask for those details. I am single so it wasn't applicable to me. I'd say better be safe than sorry and upload them anyway

I was sent back because my dad's name on the form included his middle name while on my Indian passport it wasn't there LOL. They said the consulate/MEA is flaky and might reject it. BTW payment with debit is possible in Vancouver. The toronto folks might need a bank money order

Actually in Vancouver I can make the entire payment on debit. That's only for Toronto
