I don't think so. Atleast not for GSS. I also couldn't do upfront medical before file submission as there were no appointments available. I did it after file submission. Got ppr 15 days after submitting biometrics. My timeline, FYI. Application - 26 July Medicals - 9 Aug Biometrics - 23 Aug PPR...

Guys, I got my PPR today. This was for primary applicant (ICT GSS) + spouse (SOWP)

@wpkc, actually my employer's immigration lawyer has access to the application. I am not able to check if the medical is passed yet or not. I'll try to request for the information.

ICT Work permit LMIA Exempt (GSS) Work permit applied - 26 July Medicals given - 9 Aug Biometrics given - 12 Aug No update received yet. Waiting for PPR. It seems upfront medical is really important. I couldn't do it because I couldn't get medical appointment in time and meanwhile application...

@debashis118 any update on your file? My application is also similar to yours. ICT GSS. I did medicals after wp application.
