Yes, I received it in my email (PA). Sent it to the same courier address Just checked, in that same email, it says "You cannot link a paper application to your online account using a temporary number."

Yes, I applied on my own. I sent it to CPC Mississauga. In the tracker, you can see some people who applied in September and just got their pre-AOR on December 3. Seems like there is no clear pattern of when you can get this temporary number

I feel like it would be weird if they randomly stopped sending those. Maybe they are just busy, but who knows what is actually happening

those applicants had their aor with prospective number a month after their application was received (or even earlier). so i would say hopefully getting this first aor will not take too long haha
