    The linking takes a bit of luck and lots of perseverance. Try every combination of UCI, application number, date of birth till it's done. Try only 4 different combos every day (they allow 5 every 24 hours) and write down which ones you've already used. All the best!

    That's wonderful! How long did it take between getting pre arrival letter and passport request? We just received our pre arrival letter yesterday.
