Before I got the epost the link one agent told me to send the application by mail and then call them to send them the tracking number do they can send the passport office an email telling them that your application is urgent

yes after Afghan problem I sent the request on aug 29 I got it sept 2, I spoke with them everyday and all said I have to wait except the last one she was very helpful with me and I think she is the one who proceeded my request

I asked them once and they told me it's complete we just need to call reference to finalize everything, I asked my references if they got a call and both said yes and they answered them

Aug 23 and still nothing they said it's complete they just need to call my reference, they did call my references and still nothing I am getting tired from their delays how is this urgent!! Do you know if they called your references or guarantor?

I requested the guarantor form from them since it's not available online they said to me they will send it to my email in two business days which doesn't make sense it is just a form. I requested the form two weeks ago until today I didn't get anything!!!!

You can call them and ask. Call the Montreal office the others don't answer any calls don't know why
