    First time I've posted my application progress to this site - I wasn't sure of my AOR, so I used this link: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do and once I put in my info it says 'Decision Made' under my PR? There is nothing on my account on CIC when I login though? Known glitch?
