I'm not 100% sure but I think it should be fine as long as the main applicant holds either HKSAR or BNO passport. I hope others seeing this thread could provide you with some guidance.

Thank you for the update Lok1277, which stage of the application are you currently at now? I had my biometrics from my previous study permit. Maybe be they will count my medical from that too, since it's still less than 2 years old. They received my CNCC on 20th Sept, so I'm still waiting for...
