We’re at the same step! I am sponsoring my husband (Outland forms). Was it just the PA’s info that you needed to submit? It says all family members but I’m unsure if I should include my stuff with his.

Returned in December. Reapplied in Jan with hand signing the forms and we are now in progress, medical approved, waiting on aor2!

Hey all, A month ago we got the request to pay for biometrics and I did so the same day. Followed the instructions in the email on how to submit the receipt (via IRCC webform). Now, just got an email saying "reminder, we have not received biometric payment." I don't know what to do about this...

Dang, okay. I signed the new consent form on the online app as soon as it was returned, but the submit application button is greyed out and I can't click it so I was wondering if that was because I can't resubmit it once it's returned. How are you fixing your application to resubmit?

Yes, that was the form I used. I live in Florida, so definitely not close enough to call. We can't find another way to contact them either. What is an IRCC consultant and how do I get one? Will they be able to help me figure out why our app was returned?

Ugh. I've checked every folder obsessively for days thinking they must be sending another email, but there's nothing. I sent an enquiry to the visa office (guessing which to contact since I applied online) and it said to allow 4 weeks for a response. I'm at my wits' end!

We got an email saying our application status was updated in the portal. Logged in and it said returned. Have not received any other communication.
