Yes they did. And ya, we submitted our photos which we took at different point of time,in addition to the wedding photos and marriage certificate.

Yes, my medical has expired too. But i'm waiting for them to request for it. Same, have sent so many webforms requesting for medical and my spouse's biometrics. I'm happy that after months of silence I heard something from them. So don't worry you might also hear back from them soon.
