call them every other day until you get connected to a kind agent For GCMS you need to send them reminder emails at least once a week

As yours has crossed 6 months contact your MP and order GCMS. Sending Webforms and calling them won’t work

Things are getting on its place… do u remember the email sent by ircc to all the applicants. They have said, that most of the progress on your application happens closer to the estimated completion date. I believe you will receive your portal in this week or next.
