You can ask your MP to help as it is past the "Processing time" of 23 Months. I had a similar problem in renewing my PR. I cant say for sure that intervention helped but got the renewal done with no explanation as to the reason for delay.

I have got password for tracker from my consultant, and have been asked to use "cst-sspc.apps.cic.gc.ca" to login but unable to open the web site. its shows the message:- We cant connect to the server cst-sspc............. Any solution?

Note:- Language and Test exempted. age>55

Both are in the AOR. The tracker also requires e-mail and the confirmation code goes to that e-mail. Unless there is another way to log in?

I have applied through Immigration Consultant and do not have access to Tracker. I will ask Them if they can join the tracker through their e-mail and send me the password.

Can any one comment on interview without test, for over 55yrs. Will it be held online? Any prediction how long after ECAS in process?
