Hi, I am confused about the fields 5-7 in form IMM5481e. Both my wife and I are Canadian PR holder. What numbers should I enter for fields 5-7? Thanks- FlightToFreedom

Canadian PR Parents and Child born in US
Thank you for the quick reply. Thinking a bit further down the road, will I be able to extend my child's visitor visa after the 6 month period while I wait for his PR? (Current processing time shows as 18 months to sponsor a dependent child). Thanks.- FlightToFreedom
